The Australian Home Missions Department is committed to the preaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout Australia by initiating and supporting the establishment of new churches. Our theme is “My Home, My Mission”, that emphasises the principle that every church and every saint of God is responsible for reaching their home; community, city and nation.

Stimulate Missions and Evangelism Culture
It is our role to continue to inspire and empower all UPCA churches to develop a strong emphasis on reaching lost souls by providing practical support.
Preaching Points and Daughter Works
It is our aim to encourage, equip and support established churches to start a preaching point or daughter work in another area within the same city or nearby community. We recognise that in densely populated areas, planting new works is one of the most relevant and effective strategies in reaching people.
